Adult. Level 1 - 2. Start your journey toward better health and wellness! If you are recovering or living with an illness or injury, this soothing practice is for you. Experience restorative yoga poses, breath-work and guided meditation. You must be able to get down and up from the floor. Please have your own mat, blanket, and water bottle to enjoy this class! This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. You will receive your Zoom information the day before your class begins. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Instructor: Carl Gunderson, CYI., over 10 years experience. 8 classes. (6/11 reserved for makeup class).
To participate in the online/virtual format you will need access to the internet via a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Your device will need a built in camera/microphone or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor.
