Grades: K-2nd. This fun, high-energy class is the perfect introduction to the fundamentals of Chinese Martial Arts. Learn basic warmups, standard stretches, line drills (including the basic Hsing I 5 Elements), strengthening and conditioning exercises, applications for self-defense, a traditional bow, and the Long Fist drill, along with several basic techniques for emotional regulation based on somatic practices. Improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, while building confidence, discipline, and respect in a safe and supportive environment. Instructor: Collin Bertram. 6 classes. No class 5/5.
