Grades: 12 - Adult. Level 1- 3. We have added an additional SHiNE Dance class to our lineup! Are you looking for a fresh, full-body workout that is fun and effective? Then SHiNE is for you! We bring original routines to life using current, hit music and choreography for all abilities. No dance experience required! SHiNE is rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, and every class is a HIIT workout with the perfect balance of cardio and toning that delivers REAL results. You’ll connect to the music and have a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community – and you won’t even realize you’ve burned upwards of 500 calories! SHiNE is for everyone - come dance with us! Choose to come on Monday or Thursday! Instructor: Callie Feyen Certified Shine Dance Fitness Instructor. 8 classes. No class 1/11, 1/18, and 2/15. (3/22 Reserved for makeup).
