Adult. Level 1 - 4. Belly dance for fitness in this class! Everything you love about Belly dance with a core focus on strengthening and toning the abs in a highly effective way. Experience an enjoyable workout that fuses international music with the fluidity of Middle Eastern belly dancing. Belly dance for fitness instructor: Abby Humphrey. 8 classes. No class 5/5. (6/9 reserved for makeup class).
