Adult. Do the words ‘simplify’, ‘minimalism’ and ‘stress relief’ sound like music to your ears? Learn an easy, mindset-friendly approach to decluttering that goes beyond tidying up. We’ll create personalized checklists for each room, explore how to let go of mental and digital clutter, and identify what truly supports your daily peace. Participants will come away with a personalized room-by-room decluttering checklist and a 15-minute-a-day maintenance plan. Instructor: Trisha Keller.
