Grades: K-5th. Want to have a great time with your friends after school? Enjoy the ultimate athletic experience by playing tons of sports and creative activities that foster movement to support gross motor development, hand-eye coordination, confidence, and FUN! SportsPlay is designed to give you an introduction to sports in a non-competitive environment, and give you the opportunity to experience many different pieces of equipment and plenty of cross-body movement. Each week features a warm-up, stretch, introduction to a new sport with age-appropriate skills and drills, an interactive game, and a cool-down that recaps our accomplishments and highlights a bone or muscle of the day. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear gym shoes. Instructor: Kidokinetics staff. 6 classes. No class 2/5 (due to Angell School Talent Show).

Sports introduced throughout the 6 weeks: hockey, lacrosse, tennis, pickleball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, kickball, scoops, t-ball, as well other non-formal sport activities to get your kids moving!
