Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 5. Get a full body workout! Challenge your speed, strength and stamina. Circuits include strength work and bursts of high intensity interval training (Hiit). Modifications are offered so all levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, water bottle and light hand weights. Instructor: Donna Kujat, CPT, over 25 years experience. 7 classes. No class 6/30. Location change for 8/4/26 - see email.
Due to voting taking place at Mack Open, the August 4th Hiit Fit class will take place in Room D (Dance) at the Eberbach Cultural Arts Building (CAB), 1220 South Forest Avenue (at the corner of Wells Street), Ann Arbor.
No class 6/30/26 due to heat.
