Adult. Would you like to create healthy boundaries and family wellbeing surrounding the world of technology? Learn practical strategies to manage screen time, improve focus, and create family “tech rules” that actually stick. We’ll explore small shifts to protect your attention, reduce stress, and model balanced digital habits for kids. Participants will take home a “Family Tech Contract” template and a weekly screen-time reset guide. Instructor: Trisha Keller.
