Description

This ski program is for adults who wish to improve their physical condition meet new ski partners, and improve their skate skiing skills. The Muni Masters program will cover skating techniques, training, personal goals and introduction to ski racing and tours. The Regular Season Monday group is designed for intermediate skate skiers who are comfortable on skis, know how to do basic skills like V1,V2, and can skate and entire loop. Skiers must provide their own equipment.
This class has 8 meeting dates and meets once a week on Mondays 6:30-8pm January 12th to March 2nd except for Monday, January 19th (MLK Jr. Day) which will meet on Wednesday, January 21st and Monday, February 16th (Presidents' Day) which will meet on Wednesday, February 18th.
