Handbuilding Sculpt Intensive 2-Week Class: Beginner Friendly
Learn fundamental ceramic skills in this shorter, focused class.
In class we will discuss and explore ways to sculpt any object using three basic shapes—a sphere, a coil, and a slab. You will also learn various hand-building techniques, including proper tool use, how to securely attach clay together, rolling and working with slabs, and texture making. Students will make 1-2 "small," highly detailed sculptural projects that will be worked on and added to in both class days.
Get a crash course into the world of clay in 2 weeks. This class is great for beginners new to clay or those wanting a break from the potter's wheel.
All clay, tools, and glaze are provided.
