This Alpha Warrior Combat women's self-defense seminar is designed to help women build confidence, awareness, and practical personal-safety skills for real-world situations. Students will learn how to recognize warning signs, set boundaries, use voice and distance, escape common grabs, defend against close-range threats, and respond under stress using simple, effective techniques. The class is beginner-friendly and focuses on realistic scenarios women may face today, including parking lots, public spaces, workplace situations, social settings, and encounters with aggressive or threatening individuals. No previous martial arts experience is required.
