Rejuvenating Wellness Day for Seniors at Preston Ridge Community Center - a fun and relaxing event designed to promote health, mindfulness, and community. Enjoy a gentle barre session, unwind with a calming meditation sound bath experience, and boost your health knowledge with a hand - on session learning the nutrition food label. Wrap up the day with light refreshments and friendly competition over classic table games. A perfect blend of movement, learning, and connection!

What to Bring: Your own mat, water, and a friend!

• Alpharetta Barre - Essesntrics ( Medium impact level ): 9:30am - 10:15am
• Nutrition Food Label Class ( All Levels ) : 10:30am - 10:50am
• Meditation Sound Bath - ( Low impact level ) : 11:30am - 12:15pm

Rummikub and Mexican Train: 11:15am - 3pm
