Looking for free activities while kids are out of school? Visit Old Rucker Farm during Fulton County Fall Break for self-serve, nature-themed activities. Come on your own schedule, bring snacks or lunch, and spend time in nature. Activities will change every few days so there’s always something new to do. Tree Bark Rubbings- Explore the textures of the trunks of different types of trees by placing a piece of paper over the trunk and rubbing a crayon over it. The crayon will highlight the grooves and ridges and show you the texture of the bark. Nature Bingo- Walk around the farm and use your senses to locate the items on your Bingo card. Leaf Art- Use pressed leaves to create masterpieces! The options are limitless.
