Stroll and Sound is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect - first through mindful movement, then through deep rest. We''ll begin with a lovely 2.5 mile walk along red pine-filled trails of North Park, followed by a one-hour sound bath held inside the historic Rose Barn. During the sound bath, you'll rest comfortably as layers of sound surround you, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, and any other comfort items to help you relax.
