Core Focus Deep Water Fitness

- Outdoor Pool-

10:00 am Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, with Sylvia.

This class is designed to improve core strength, cardio health and overall muscle tone. Suitable for all fitness levels, music and instruction provided. Deep water, no impact; flotation devices available.

In-person Group Fitness drop-in, or Group Fitness Pass required.
