Instructor: Cheryl Murga, BA, MS, offers her personal and professional experiences of navigating the legal system to understand the requirements of losing a loved one. Both careers as an educator and paralegal have prepared her for bringing that knowledge to the populace. She strives to support the common good through outreach and enrichment programs in the community. Her services are offered as a Master Gardener, a yoga instructor and hike leader with Sierra Club and Aiken Senior Life Services. Description: Develop understanding of the documents and financial information needed when a partner, spouse or loved one dies. The course provides information to assist in navigating the steps to move through the process by building an “in case of death” or ICED binder to serve as a guidebook.
