Beginning Strength Training is for people who are just starting their strength training experience or have had less than a year of experience with this type of exercise. Body weight and weighted exercises will be used. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. This is not a seated class. Please arrive to class on time so that you can complete the entire warm up. This is an integral part of your workout and will help prevent injuries. Appropriate footwear required - no sandals, flip flops, open-toed shoes, or bare feet. 2026 Senior Membership is not required for this activity. No class 2/18.
