45-minute Strength training class using dumbbells, bands, and body weight for a total body workout. Slower, simplified moves with challenging options allow participants of all ages and fitness levels to get the muscle building workout they need. Improve muscular strength, increase bone mass, and rev your metabolism with strength training.

Please bring 3 – 8 pound hand weights, a mat, towel, and a bottle of water.
