A fun way to get a full body workout. Cardio segments on a stationary bike alternating with strength training using a variety of gear including weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, steps, ladders and more. The one-hour class will fly by as you hit every muscle and get your heart rate going! All levels welcome. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Instructor: Beth Yonce. 13 weeks
