This gentle and slower pace yoga class allows you to practice strength, flexibility, and balance while allowing enough time in each pose to experience the mind body connection. This class can help improve breathing, balance and self-awareness. Even though gentle yoga isn't "beginner yoga" the pace allows us to cover several variations and everyone is welcomed to join!
