Experience this ancient joyful and cultural dance form of celebration with a favorite Bay Area long-time performer and instructor, Malia DeFelice. Learn or review signature Belly Dance steps while stretching, strengthening, gaining flexibility, grace and stamina. Learn basic Belly Dance steps and movements or build on previous knowledge and skills. Dancers with no previous experience welcome. Links to short videos will be shared for home practice.
