This class is for those with yoga experience or athletic beginners. Deepen your experience of basic postures, learn more challenging postures, posture flow and breathing practices. All levels are welcomed but this class requires students to be able to get up and down from the floor easily. For any ongoing physical injuries contact instructor before registering. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, strap, and thick blanket to class.
Must be at least 18 years old and less than 70 or with permission from instructor. Please bring a yoga strap, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga mat and a thick blanket for class.
