This fun, upbeat class is a blend of mobility, yoga, balance and stretching. We will start with a dynamic warm up which uses yoga poses and progress from there into block that includes some cardio and strength training. As always, we will finish on the floor for a relaxing cool down stretching to lengthen out the muscles previously used in class. Bring a mat and some dumbbells for an exciting fun filled class.
