Description
The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It's an invigorating, community-oriented dance fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, FUN! Zumba Gold classes provide modified, low-impact moves to the beat of your favorite songs! Terri Westergren is a certified member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), specializes in Senior Fitness, and has been teaching Zumba Gold since 2011. Come join the party!
