THIS IS A FREE TRIAL, SINGLE DAY CLASS.Join Heather Johnson (Certified Essentrics Instructor) for a dynamic full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening to develop lean, strong and flexible muscles. This class in appropriate for men and women of all fitness levels, is medium paced and easy to follow. This class is effective for improving balance and posture, increasing flexibility and mobility, and stress relief.
