Liz Geifman - a certified Active Aging Specialist, personal trainer, and yoga instructor will lead a 60-minute class focusing on exercises that help build balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, cognitive capability, and cardio/pulmonary capacity through seated and standing low impact movement.
This class is appropriate for seniors who use walkers. If a participant uses the services of a caregiver, the caregiver should plan to stay for class.
