Rockwood is proud to start offering a weekend yoga practice! This Vinyasa Flow will challenge you to advance your practice through skill building specifically tailored to your body’s needs and abilities. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Difficulty level: 2-3 of 4. Ages 14-Adults. (12 Max)
