Learn all the quilling techniques needed to create a 3D paper snowflake ornament. Learn to create open centered shapes as well as classic shapes and arrange them to create your own unique snowflakes that make great gifts. Create as many as you want during this class. You will learn how to take thin strips of paper and easily create intricate art. No experience necessary. Additional $5 material fee due to instructor. Ages 18+
