Movement with music is a fun aerobics class (appropriate for any age) or fitness level seated or standing movement elevates the heart rate to pump oxygen faster through your body. This is what make it aerobic or cardiovascular. This helps reduce the risk of high blood pressure, improve energy levels, strengthen your heart and improve memory.
