Day 1: Basic safety inspection, how to lube a chain, clean a bike, and other must-know basics. Day 2: In-depth look at brakes, rim and disc. Discuss the pros/cons of each type. Explain the adjustment of each. Day 3: In-depth session on derailleur adjustment, limits, b screw, cable tension, and derailleur hanger adjustment.
