Whether you are just starting in exercise or been at it for awhile, MoveStrong for Life is for you! Taught by two exercise and wellness professionals, MoveStrong for Life includes creative ways to enhance endurance and strength over ten weeks. Coaches Stacey and Clare will work with you to help you meet your fitness goals in a fun group setting. Classes begin Monday April 10 at 6pm and we will meet every Monday and Wednesday (except Memorial Day) until June 13. That's nineteen classes for less than $10 per class!

4/10, 4/12, 4/17, 4/19, 4/24, 4/26
5/1, 5/3, 5/8, 5/10, 5/15, 5/17, 5/22, (No class 5/29), 5/31
6/5, 6/7, 6/11, 6/13
Class Time:
6pm-7:15pm
Equipment Needed:
Yoga mat or towel, a bottle of water. If other equipment is needed, it will be supplied by the coaches or if you have your own weights, you can bring those.
What to Wear:
Comfortable clothing, layers are advised at the begining of the season
