About this event
Irish Music Ensemble Musicians interested in playing Irish dance music and open to learning by ear are invited, melody and chord players alike. We will learn and arrange Irish dance melodies, experimenting with adding chordal and harmonic accompaniment. Instruments commonly used to play Irish traditional music such as fiddles, flutes, tin whistles, accordions, concertinas, tenor banjos, mandolins, guitars, bouzoukis, harps, etc., are encouraged.
