Description
This MEDIUM pace yoga class includes warm-up, breathing exercises, and various poses such as planks and twists that will replicate a low-impact cardio workout. These variations help build balance, stamina and endurance. Variations are shown for different abilities or needs. *Bring your own yoga mat.
