The practice of Power Yoga focuses on building strength, particularly in the core muscles, arms and legs. It incorporates various standing poses, balancing poses, and inversions to engage and strengthen the major muscle groups. These poses often require a significant amount of physical effort, as they may involve holding the body weight in challenging positions or flowing through a series of dynamic movements.
