Description
Flag Football Fitness: Combining the excitement of football with a safer, non-contact approach, this class focuses on flag football skills, strategy, and teamwork. It's a great way to enjoy the thrill of the game while improving cardiovascular fitness and coordination.
Cancellation request must be made in writing 14 calendars days prior to the start of the activity. $10 processing fee applies to each activity cancellation requested by the participant. No Refunds will be made for requests received LESS THAN 14 calendar days prior to the start of the activity.
