Join us for our 7th annual 5k. This year we will do it as a virtual 5k.

Support our "I Run for Food" to help support the youth in the Yelm / Rainier Community.

Included this year will be a shirt and a medal. Must register by May 31, 2022 in order to guarantee a shirt.
