Please arrive by 9:45pm to ensure we are able to start on time at 10:00am. Hugely popular last year, this clinic will have 2 hours in the pool and 1 hour in the classroom. General theme is Championship Meet prep and topics include: Proper warm up/warm down before/between/after races (and WHY). Starts. Finishes. Recovery during meets. Pre/Post race foods (with goody bag of samples!).
