The perfect end to your school day! In this class, we will stretch and destress as we move through various yoga poses. We will also be learning about our emotions and practicing mindfulness and kindness through various exercises and activities. The last part of class is usually dedicated to yoga inspired games. We exercise our minds and bodies and have a lot of fun! Instructor: Rachel Pantke My name is Rachel Pantke. I am a second-generation homeschooler. I was homeschooled K-12th and have homeschooled my own children for 8 years. I have taught art/crafts, fitness, literature and elementary/middles school science at various co-ops over the years. I also spent 2 years as a Girl Scout leader. My family has been part of THE since 2019. This will be my second year teaching. I look forward to another great year!
