This is not your “Sweaty Workout Yoga” – this is “Your Body is Your Friend” yoga! Enjoy practicing yoga in a way that supports your body with kindness and ease. Reduce your aches and pains by learning to move better and feel better by growing your awareness and knowledge of how your body works. This class is offered in-person at the center at the same time.
