All levels welcome- A great class for beginning and experienced students!Bring your mat and move through yoga postures building flexibility, strength, balance, and more benefits followed by a relaxation exercise to start each day in a calming way. All students focus on working through series of postures at their current individual level and will improve through group detailed instruction.
