About this event
A current American Heart Association BLS card is required to participate in this course. This course is a renewal for health care professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. In the classroom, you will participate in simulated clinical scenarios and work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete basic life support skills practice and skills testing. You will also complete a written exam. The exam will be open resource, so you must have a textbook (2020 version), which is available in our bookstore or digital is available at the AHA site. This is a hands-on course. Dress comfortably and in layers.
