About This Activity
Description
Karate is designed for personal growth with the added coordination of spirit, mind, and body. Students will work with a variety of conditioning exercises that build strength, stamina, and coordination. Students will be working individually on kihons (basics) and kata (forms).
Ensure your child’s gear and equipment is sanitized before and after every session.
Beginners: Try a class for free! See Sensei Kendrick before the 6:30pm class on Tuesdays.
Prerequisites:
This is a beginner class for white belt students. Skill level to be determined by instructor.
What Do I Need:
Comfortable clothing, and a bottle of water.
