The ability to stand and sit up straight(er) requires awareness of bad habits. In class, we learn to move what needs to move in order to stretch AND relax. That is a great menu that can serve you a better quality of life, both mentally and physically.
A stressful mind and a tense body are a potent team. To release those negative energies, Yoga has the answer - a time-tested method of relaxing while stretching.
Yoga has been around for 5,000 years. Try it.
