About This Activity
This is the continuation of the Older Beginner Accelerated 2 course from the Fall Semester. German language competency required enrolling in Older Beginner Accelerated 2 - Spring Semester: Understanding: In addition to understanding classroom directives and short conversations, the student should be able to understand descriptions of an apartment and directions. Speaking: The student should be able to give directions, talk about parties and different festivities. The student should be able to share his/her opinion on topics covered in class. Reading: The student should be able to read simple texts like letters and emails. Writing: The student should be able to describe different settings like home or the classroom. Grammar: The student should be able to share statements about places and locations by using dative and accusative. The student should be able to apply possessive article unser, euer, modal verb dürfen, comparison with als and so … wie and changing prepositions in, an, auf, über, unter, hinter, vor, neben, zwischen.
