Welcome gratitude and new beginnings with this deep stretching practice and silent meditation offered in the warmth of a candlelit room accompanied by a gentle sound bath.Experience a series of floor postures held for two to six minutes to stretch and rehabilitate connective tissue while allowing time for self-reflection and meditation.
