VIRTUAL - Mindfulness Meditation for BeginnersMindfulness Meditation strengthens inner resources for coping, growing and healing. It is also a positive way to manage pain, boost the immune system and improve brain connections. Continuity and practice are important to nurture new mind/body skills that you can apply to real life situations. With this course, you’ll develop skills for regulating emotions, managing life challenges, and cultivating happiness. No Class 10/16, 11/27Topics Covered Include:• managing thoughts and emotion, • coping with stress, and• overcoming anxiety and depression.
