BEGINNER CAJUN COOKING Explore all that UL has to offer through the tradition of Cajun Cooking. Participants will get hands on experience in preparing simple Cajun dishes with “a side of Cajun Culture.” They will learn the vocabulary of cooking, safety and sanitation in the kitchen, and sample the food they prepare. Camp includes all supplies, food and copies of recipes. Students must wear a hat/cap or hair net, apron and closed toe shoes. Camp will be lead by Master Instructor in Hospitality Management at UL, Rebecca N Dubois. Ages 9-16; Grades 4th-11th REGISTRATION FEE -$190 Hamilton Hall Kitchen Classroom Session 2: July 8-11 (Mon – Thurs camp) 1 pm – 4:30 pm
