About This Activity
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one's opponent. Campers will be trained on the history and the art form of the martial art. Instruction includes: drills, proper self defense training, safety training, self discipline, and gym etiquette. All instruction will be rendered by a licensed professional and an assistant.
