About This Activity
Description
Fit in 40 minutes of cardio, core work, and muscle toning! This Monday morning, the class will be held standing, so a mat is not needed. We will utilize resistance bands and the weight of our own body, using the wall for balance when needed. Resistance bands will be provided. Wear supportive footwear and bring water.
If school is canceled, all Community Education classes are canceled unless you are notified otherwise.
