Description
This is a gentle to mainly moderate class and does not include floor/mat work. This class offers a variety of instructors and exercises while focusing on cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Includes a variety of exercise tools including weights, bands, balls and balance disks. All exercises are demonstrated with variations and modifications.
This 13 week block of classes to be held in the Livingston Activity Centre Auditorium. NO CLASS FRI OCT 11.
